Or just buy off Will to get him to take down that photo you really wish your mom hadn't seen.

  Live, from New Delhi, India.

It's 9:00 at night, there's some sort of parade going on in the street down below, they are launching fireworks (big ones) overhead, and there's a marching band blasting drums and trombones and stuff. Yes, Will is in India. Luckily, there's still Internet in India, so all you readers at home can follow along as he takes first journey to the Ebix India Division's office.

Ok, this third person stuff is getting old. We're still working on getting the India Team up to speed with the AnnuityNet Platform code base, and I'm making a trip out to help ensure they get everything they need in order to succeed. I'm also making a photographic documentary of my journey to help get the rest of the VA team engaged and psyched about India. (And because that's just what I do for VaughnNet fodder.)

So, I flew out on Thursday afternoon from IAD, landed in Amsterdam 8 hours later, had a 5 hour layover there, then got on another flight to New Delhi. I arrived at the Immigration Line in New Delhi a little more than 20 hours later, severely cramped from sitting in coach for 16 hours of flying, but otherwise in good shape. After getting settled in and making sure the Internet worked in the hotel, I got a couple hours of sleep before waking up Saturday AM to go explore all that the city has to offer. Ok, maybe I explored all that I could walk to from my hotel. Regardless, there's pictures up in the gallery. More to come as it happens - Stay tuned!

  T-minus 7.5 Weeks to Go!
In case you missed the news flash, Kristina and Will are having twins. (Regular readers of VaughnNet would know this already, but we understand some of you may be too busy reading Drudge to tune in for our irregular updates.)
Anyway, we hit the ultrasound circuit this week and got an update on our progress. The girls are about 7 lbs together, and are looking healthy and on target. We've got about 6-7 lbs of additional baby weight to go, and less than 8 weeks. (We're at 30.5 weeks and each girl weighs about 3.5 lbs. They will each gain about 1/3 to 1/2 lb per week until birth.)
So things are coming together - the basement's almost done, and we've started talking to nannies to help out when girls get here. Will has been dutifully accompanying Kristina to various Baby Care classes at the "Birthing Inn" - yes, it's really called the Birthing Inn - and he's been traumatized with lots of footage of "natural births" and C-Sections. We've been shopping for baby stuff, abusing the Amazon registry features, and between meals, sleeping a lot. Combine that with the minivan in the driveway, it's starting to feel like we're getting a family going here.
Crazy, huh?
