Time Flies. Blink, and 6 months are gone.

It's been a while since I've posted. The girls are walking, talking (some) and getting into everything. We've moved into a house in Golden Co. (See the Galleries for pics). We have a new nanny. Dagny has been deported to Canada (seriously - Vancouver). It's been a while since I've posted. Sorry about that - we've been a little busy, and I've gotten slack.

We're currently on vacation in St. Augustine Florida with the Vaughn-In-Laws, and spending a lot of time in the pool and on the beach. Both Kristina and I are working a good amount, and Kristina is spending at least a day or two a week on the road. I'm spending my free time doing the best I can to try and get Kristina some insurance money from my life policy, mountain biking down/over very large, very hard rocks. The garage in the new house has almost completed it's transformation into the Garage-mahal. Kristina has been working with the girls to make sure they are normal, well adjusted human beings, not too twisted by my abnormal influences.

There's a million other things that need to be mentioned to truly cover what we've been up to since the last posting but in the interim the galleries are slightly more up to date than the prose. Hopefully the handful of pictures there will count towards the millions of words I could (but never will manage) to write.

  AAARGH - Pirate Anna
Anna, always the adventurous one, was practicing standing today and had a run in with her toy chest. She took it all in stride, but it was not pretty. After "patching" her up, we couldn't help but find humor in the event... Kati (new nanny) even had a hard time keeping a straight face while I was taping her up.

ARRGH!
Pirate Anna!

However, the REAL humor came when Mia noticed Anna had something funny on her face. No sooner had we put them back into Baby Land than Mia had crawled over to Anna, pulled off her eye patch, and started whacking her with it. Anna, still the trooper, thought this was quite funny, and endured several floggings before I was able to intervene. Needless to say, Anna is recuperating sans patch now, and seems to be doing quite well. She doesn't have a black eye, and other than a little tenderness around her eye, doesn't seem to be feeling it much either. Anyway, sorry for the poor picture quality - these photos are coming courtesy of the camera phone in my Blackberry. I know they are not up to the standards of the rest of the Gallery but you don't really want to see Anna's accident any more clearly anyway.
